Andrew qualified in 1992 and has been a partner since 1996. In 2016 he decided to take the bold step of leaving a large practice and start up his own firm dedicated to providing high quality accountancy and taxation services to successful owner managed businesses.
Over the past 20 years Andrew has accumulated substantial expertise across a range of taxes especially in connection with tax efficient ways of extracting profit from owner managed companies and minimising Inheritance Tax.

Helen has over 20 years of experience within the accountancy profession, qualifying in 2002 and first becoming a partner in 2006. In 2010 Helen moved into Industry to take up the position of Group Finance Director with one of her clients, the Group operated within the telecommunications sector and during Helen's time with them the Group experienced year on year growth.
Whilst in industry Helen won the Private Company FD of the Year – Larger businesses category – which was hosted by Real Business in association with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and supported by the Confederation of British Industry.
Helen returned to practice in 2016, her focus in practice has always been on owner managed businesses, a key feature of her success is the ability to recognise the key requirements of each business/individual and providing relevant solutions in a timely manner.
